  1. Service Pricing

Our prices for services are provided in advance and may vary depending on the complexity of the job, location, and time of service. We provide transparent, upfront pricing, and there are no hidden charges. Any additional costs for parts or equipment will be communicated to you before we proceed.

  1. Scheduling and Appointments

We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a convenient time for service. However, we cannot guarantee exact appointment times, and we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary. Please ensure someone is available at the property during the agreed time for us to perform the required work.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

  1. Client Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about the plumbing issues you are experiencing. You must also ensure access to the property where the work will take place. If our technicians are unable to complete the work due to access issues or incorrect information, we may charge for the service call.

  1. Warranty and Guarantee

We guarantee that all work performed by GA Plumbing & Drainage is done to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Should the issue reoccur within a specified period (typically 30 days) due to work performed by us, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors or misuse.

  1. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to complete work safely and efficiently, GA Plumbing & Drainage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from our services. We are responsible for damage caused directly by our actions, but our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
